What We Do
Estate Sale
This option includes our staff coming into the property over a few weeks and arranging and professionally pricing the items in the house to maximize the return on the estate. Our highly experienced team markets your items across multiple platforms to ensure the right buyers attend the sale.
Cleanout
We will use our extensive knowledge in the valuation of the contents of the property and the cost of trash removal and labor and give you a quote. Sometimes we pay you, and sometimes you pay us a discounted rate. No matter what, when we are finished with the house, all items and trash are removed from the property (unless otherwise stipulated in contract). We do not deep clean the house, but we do sweep and vacuum the floors. We handle all logistics from start to finish so your property is quickly prepared for real estate listing or turnover.
Buyout
If the first two options are not for you, then we can take a tour of the house looking at items you do not want and make an offer just to purchase those items at an agreed upon price. This is often the fastest, most hassle-free way to sell items while guaranteeing immediate cash in hand.
