What We Do

Estate Sale

This option includes our staff coming into the property over a few weeks and arranging and professionally pricing the items in the house. Professional estate sales work best for estates full of most of its contents. They can take several weeks to complete and need time to advertise for best results.

Our experienced team uses current market value prices and markets your items across multiple platforms to maximize your return on the estate.

Cleanout

Our expert staff will evaluate the contents of the property, the disposal cost of unwanted items, and determine labor costs. After this evaluation, we will provide the client with a quote to completely empty the property. Cleanouts normally take about one week to complete. This process may result in Simple Estate Solutions paying you, or the quote may reflect a discounted price that makes the cleanout much more affordable.

No matter what, when we are finished with the house, all items and trash are removed from the property (unless otherwise stipulated in contract). We handle all logistics from start to finish so your property is quickly prepared for real estate listing or turnover.

Buyout

If the first two options are not for you, then we can take a tour of the house looking at items you do not want and make an offer just to purchase those items at an agreed upon price. This is often the fastest, most hassle-free way to sell items while guaranteeing immediate cash in hand.
